Our Returns Policy
At Ultimate Sleep we are committed to providing you with superior products – you can purchase from us with complete confidence.
Change of mind
We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return your purchase if you change your mind. We will provide you with an exchange or refund if:
- You have proof of purchase (either the tax invoice sent with your order confirmation)
- You purchased the product in the last 14 days; and
- The product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels and has not been washed, worn or used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.
If it has been opened, washed, worn or used then please note that we cannot accept a return, because for hygiene reasons we cannot, by law, exchange or refund any form of used pillow or bedding. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
Warranty claims
We will honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and provide you with an exchange, refund or compensation if an item has a major problem.
If the problem is not major we may choose to repair the item within a reasonable time.
For warranty claims, proof of purchase is required and we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, refund, compensation or repair.
If you unfortunately received a faulty or damaged item, then please send us an email at: info@ultimatesleep.com.au with photos attached to show us what is wrong with the product, then we can take a look and help you resolve the issue.
While most people love their pillow from the very first night, sometimes the pillow takes some getting used to while your body corrects itself. The more time you allow the greater therapeutic and sleep benefit you will receive. Follow our sleep advice for improving your sleep quality also.

Please be aware, however that we will not accept any returned products back unless it they have been mailed to us by Certified or Registered Post with Australia Post.
