Yes, they are. It is important to note, unlike other products both the fill as well as the cover are completely machine washable. The Ultimate Sleep range of bedding products retain their volume and shape even after long term usage and numerous wash cycles. All Ultimate Sleep products are machine washable at 60C and can be tumble dried for 45 minutes on a low heat. This is an added bonus with the baby and junior products making it easy for parents to wash and clean those accidental baby spills and bedwetting from their baby’s pillows and bedding products. You don’t even have to take off the white cover, it’s that easy. Please note if you have a colored cover please wash that separately. The pillow will never become lumpy; lose its shape or unique properties even after repeated washing and drying. With the occasional shake and fluffing, all Ultimate Sleep products will retain their original shape and form.

Yes, it is, its even machine washable, the whole thing to keep it fresh.

Are Ultimate Sleep Pillows Guaranteed Against Manufacturing Defects?
Yes, Ultimate Sleep Pty Ltd. provides a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you feel your pillow is defective you can return it to the retailer that you purchased it from a replacement pillow. Please be sure to have your receipt to prove that the pillow is still under warranty. There will be a returns form and assessment that you will be required to fill out – and a customer service representative will complete the process.
Can I order from a real person instead of on-line?
Of course! You can call one of our Sleep Consultants on (03) 9005 7445 or email us at [email protected] and request a call back. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-12pm AEST. Alternatively, you can come in and visit our showroom from Monday to Friday. Our Sleep Consultants are ready to discuss your needs over the phone or leave a message anytime and we will return your call.
I am experiencing technical difficulties placing an order. Is there someone I can talk to for assistance?
We are continually managing our technical processes and look to remove any chance of technical glitches from our side. If you are experiencing problems, please email us with the details of the problem and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. Alternatively you can call us on (03) 9005 7445 to place your order by phone.
What happens if the item I order is out of Stock?
You will be notified by email and telephone if the item is out of stock. The item will be placed on back-order and shipped in up to 30 working business days. If the required wait is to exceed this time-frame, you will be notified promptly and given the choice to await this back-ordered quantity or get a full refund.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Ultimate Sleep Pty Ltd is able to deliver most orders within approximately 1-3 working days of your payment (depending on stock availability). Breastfeeding pillows are 1-2 days delivery except in Northern Territory. Larger items such as the comfort u can take 3-7 days.
We endeavor to get all items out ASAP. You may receive your items earlier as our staff endeavor to get orders out ASAP. Country items may take longer to deliver. Please contact us within 7 days if you still have not received your item. You should receive a tracking order updated through our website.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
We want to provide both efficient and cost effective delivery services in Australia.
We currently offer a delivery service via STAR TRACK, if it is to a residential address which is not an apartment or unit or a business address. This service offers signature on delivery.
For all other customers whom may reside in a unit or apartment we ship via AUSTRALIA POST, as this is a more cost efficient option.
Do I have to be at home at time of delivery?
As all our parcels are sent as registered post and are insured, we require a signature from the recipient.
Our delivery contractors deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address. If you are unable to be home, leave us with a note with an authority to leave your article at the front door.
Delivery is usually attempted straight to your door. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a Card will be left in your mailbox advising you to collect from your local post office.
Can I Collect My Order?
Of course you can! All you need to do is let us know that you wish to collect when you place your order so that we don’t send it on its way. You can collect your order from our warehouse in Mitcham (Victoria) please email us to collect your item. If you have paid for postage, we will refund it- in your order please indicate local pick up in the notes.
